By accessing or using Infonet's services, website, or any applications made available by Infonet (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Infonet provides a LinkedIn automation platform designed for enterprise-grade outreach with enhanced security features. Our Service includes:
- LinkedIn Automation: Automated connection requests, messaging sequences, profile visits, and engagement features designed to help you grow your professional network.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Integration capabilities for email campaigns and other communication channels to complement your LinkedIn outreach efforts.
- AI-Powered Features: Intelligent conversation management, lead scoring, and campaign optimization tools.
- Home IP Security: Proprietary residential IP routing technology designed to protect your LinkedIn account from detection and restrictions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Campaign performance tracking, engagement metrics, and ROI analysis tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Prohibited Activities
- Spam or Unsolicited Messages: Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or any content that violates applicable anti-spam laws.
- Harassment: Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any person or entity.
- Malicious Use: Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the Service.
- Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Data Scraping: Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect personal information of others without their consent.
- Circumvention: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.
- Illegal Activities: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Content Standards
All content you transmit through the Service must be truthful, non-deceptive, and comply with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and campaigns.
5. LinkedIn Compliance
Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Infonet complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service, User Agreement, and Professional Community Policies.
By using Infonet, you acknowledge and agree that:
- LinkedIn may restrict, suspend, or terminate your LinkedIn account for activities that violate their policies, including the use of automation tools.
- Infonet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
- You will use the Service in accordance with LinkedIn's daily and weekly activity limits.
- You assume all risks associated with using automation tools on LinkedIn.
- Infonet is not responsible for any actions LinkedIn may take against your account.
We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with LinkedIn's policies and using our Service responsibly to minimize any risk to your LinkedIn account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Infonet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Infonet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
7. Payment Terms
Free Trial
Infonet offers a free trial period that provides access to core features. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription (Pro at $49/month or Agency at $39/month per account for 10+ accounts). Plans may be subject to usage limits and feature restrictions as described on our pricing page.
Future Paid Plans
We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service, unless we explicitly state otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INFONET, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any actions taken by LinkedIn or other third parties against your accounts.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Infonet does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
- The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infonet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including LinkedIn's terms of service.
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
- We may delete your account and all associated data.
- Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
